What This Actually Is

Not A Course. Not Coaching. Not Self-Help.

This is not another technical-analysis course. It is not motivational coaching. It is not traditional self-help. It is an intensive process of radical self-observation, designed to expose the internal reactions, identities, emotional needs, and behavioral sequences that interfere with execution.

The Central Problem

Discipline Isn’t The Real Problem. It’s The Symptom.

Most traders believe they need more discipline, stronger goals, better motivation, or greater effort. But these approaches often create temporary control rather than lasting change. The trader forces a new behavior, maintains it for a period of time, and then relapses under emotional pressure.

Trading Tribe begins from a different premise: the behavior is not the original problem. The behavior is satisfying an underlying emotional need. As long as that need remains invisible, the trader continues fighting the behavior from the outside.

The purpose of this program is not to help you manage the behavior more aggressively. It is to make the complete internal process visible enough that the behavior may no longer be necessary.

How The Work Unfolds

The Process: Four Broad Stages.

01 — Awareness

You begin identifying the frictions, emotional spikes, contradictions, avoidance patterns, internal conflicts, and moments of self-betrayal that occur in trading and throughout daily life.

02 — Change In Understanding

You stop interpreting these behaviors through the usual language of laziness, weakness, poor discipline, or lack of motivation. You begin seeing the emotional logic underneath them.

03 — Behavioral Collapse

As the underlying need becomes increasingly visible and loses its unconscious authority, some behaviors may begin to weaken or disappear, without force, suppression, or constant self-control.

04 — Decompression

The remaining patterns become more concentrated and easier to observe. Instead of living inside hundreds of disconnected reactions, you begin recognizing the smaller number of emotional structures creating them.

This is not presented as a guaranteed or linear transformation. The work is observational, experiential, and highly individual.

What Makes Trading Tribe Different

Deliberately Anti-Self-Help.

We will not build the program around motivational intensity, future-based identity statements, temporary discipline, positive affirmations, goal-setting as emotional replacement, or forcing behavioral correction through willpower.

The objective is not to create a more inspirational story about yourself. The objective is to see what is actually happening with enough clarity that the story, identity, and behavior can no longer operate invisibly.

Between Every Session

Weekly AI Immersion.

The live session is only one part of the program. Throughout each week, you’ll work privately with the AI platform of your choice, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or another capable platform, using specific prompts and directional statements. Some contain direct questions. Others simply give the AI a direction and allow the conversation to unfold.

The work may include a trading decision that produced unusual intensity, an avoidance pattern, a recurring thought, a moment of self-betrayal, a fear of being wrong, a reaction to profit or loss, an identity that became activated, or an event outside trading that reveals the same behavioral structure.

Expect to spend approximately 30 to 60 minutes per day in this process. At the end of each week, you’ll prepare a concise synopsis of the most important discoveries, patterns, questions, and changes emerging from those conversations.

Where It Comes Together

The Live Sessions.

Each weekly session connects psychological observation with trading execution: participant check-ins, discussion of the week’s discoveries, recurring behavioral and emotional patterns, connections between life reactions and trading reactions, execution breakdowns, moments of continuity and discontinuity, technical trading examples where psychological intensity altered the decision, and the next direction for your AI work.

This will not be a passive lecture.

The value of the group comes from serious participants doing the work, reporting honestly, listening deeply, and recognizing their own structures through the experiences of others.

This curriculum is primarily a guide for the developmental sequence. The sessions themselves respond to the actual experiences of the participants, rather than following a rigid classroom script.

Who This Program Is For.

Trading Tribe is intended for traders who already possess meaningful technical knowledge, can often analyze the market correctly, and have practiced through simulations or structured exercises, but recognize that execution remains the primary limitation.

It’s for traders who experience emotional intensity, impulsivity, hesitation, overcontrol, or behavioral relapse, who are willing to observe themselves beyond trading, prepared to work with AI consistently between sessions, and able to discuss their discoveries honestly without defensiveness. Traders who want deeper continuity, not another temporary performance improvement.

It is not necessary to be a perfect trader. It is necessary to be willing to look.

What’s Expected Of You

A Real Participation Standard.

This program depends on active participation. You’ll be expected to complete the weekly AI immersion, prepare and submit weekly synopses, attend the live sessions, discuss your observations openly, connect psychological discoveries to actual trading behavior, and continue the work between sessions.

Participants who repeatedly do not complete the work may be removed from the group. This requirement isn’t punitive, the depth and trust of the Tribe depend on everyone participating seriously.

An Important Distinction

What This Program Is Not.

Trading Tribe is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for working with a licensed mental-health professional. It is also not a trading-signal service, and it does not promise profitability.

The program is a structured self-observation and performance-development experience for traders.

Program Details

The Logistics.

Dates: August 14 through November 20, 2026

Time: 9 – 11 AM PT

Format: 15 live sessions with structured weekly AI work

Tuition: $1,100

Between-session commitment: Approximately 30–60 minutes per day

Prerequisites: Trading Simulation Lab (TSL) with all required AI feedback completed, or WTC-2 (Summer 2026) with all Bias Game AI feedback completed.

Participation: Limited to traders who are concurrently enrolled in either the Trading Simulation Lab (TSL) or the Practicum course, and who are prepared to complete the weekly AI immersion, submit weekly synopses, attend the live sessions, and participate consistently throughout the program.
